Meet Miss Allison

Hi! My name is Allison Antoine (or Miss Allison in class) and I am honored to be the Chief Experience Officer and one of the educators at Kindermusik at the Lakes. Fun fact- I was actually a Kindermusik kid myself back in the late 1980s which I believe sparked in me a huge passion and love for music and learning. I play several instruments with piano being my forte (music pun intended).

I continued my piano studies at Augustana College (Sioux Falls) where I graduated in 2006 with degrees in French and K-12 education. After successfully completing Kindermusik University in June 2017, I launched the Kindermusik at the Lakes studio in September 2017. Not only am I passionate about music but I am passionate about educating the whole child, the whole parent and whole family as well.

In my free time you can find me hanging out with my family (husband Dan and three kiddos), being outside, cooking and baking fun, healthy foods and helping out around the community. I can't wait to meet you and know that you and your little one(s) will love the musical, magical and memorable moments of Kindermusik, too!

Miss Allison is honest and real and will make you feel like a super mom (or dad)! Learning along side other parents week after week was as important as it is for our babies to learn side by side. Kindermusik at the Lakes is everything is sets out to be.

Meet Miss Ellen

Hidey-ho there! My name is Ellen Wolfe. I am thrilled to be part of the Kindermusik at the Lakes team to help.

Growing up music and singing were constant companions, with my father doing his best to keep me on key and in tempo.  In 2007 I graduated from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a BA in Theater and Drama. After graduation I went to work for a year at CLIMB theater in MN, a company that uses skits and theater games to help kids understand concepts such as respect, friendship and how to deal with bullies.  Since then I’ve had several different jobs, but my love of teaching and working with children has never gone away.  I’ve been with Kindermusik at the Lakes since 2021 and I am so excited about the opportunity to cherish your children, connect your families and change our world.

When not singing and dancing with your families, I can be found singing, dancing and learning with my own family.  My husband, Tyson, and I have been homeschooling our two daughters for the past several years.  When not teaching I can found helping in our garden, playing with our dogs, or enjoying a good yoga stretch or calisthenics workout. I look forward to meeting you on this wonderful adventure!

Meet Miss Ali

Greetings!! My name is Ali Oyler (Ali O. on stage and Ms. Ali to my favorite little humans) and I am THRILLED to be joining the Kindermusik at the Lakes team. I have been involved with music since my early years in the Okoboji area - singing for church, county fairs, athletic events, etc. Once I reached middle and high school, my music focus became an obsession and I thrived in competition (sometimes with myself). Accolades usually came with something sparkly!

I went on to receive a BA in Vocal Music Performance and an AA in Deaf Studies from Northwest Missouri State University (GO BEARCATS). After graduation in 2009, Cedar Falls became our home as I earned a second BA in Communicative Disorders from the University of Northern Iowa with an Educational Endorsement. Personal reasons brought my husband Chris and me back to the lakes area in 2011 where we eventually built our home and family. A house with three creative children can be pretty loud, but we enjoy laughing together when Mom sings Disney or Dad sits down to play the guitar or piano. “Name That Tune” is a serious game in our family.

I like to be busy! Along with joining the KM family, I am the Music & Liturgy Coordinator for the Dickinson County Catholic Community, as well as “play” at owning a store in the Emporium with my mom. I do enjoy crocheting when I have a quiet/still moment during the colder months. I also enjoy being on stage at Spencer Community Theatre.

I look forward to making ”moments made eternal” with your (child)ren. If music wasn’t life, our hearts wouldn’t have beats.

Meet Jenny

Hello! My name is Jenny Pope and I am the Kindermusik at the Lakes Studio Coordinator. My mission is to deliver an enchanting experience to all the Kindermusik families. You will hear from me when you inquire about classes and special events during the semester. I truly believe when we Cherish the Child, Connect the Family, we can Change the World!

I moved to the Lakes Area in 2017 with my husband and two boys – Eli and Isaiah. I had the opportunity to become a stay-at-home mom. We started attending Kindermusik with Miss Allison as one of her first families in the Fall of 2017 and have been hooked ever since! We have taken most of Miss Allison’s classes including the Foundations, Level 2, Level 3, Mixed Ages and the summer camps. We have loved all the musical, magical and memorable moments that Kindermusik provides.

In my free time you can find me trying out new recipes, taking morning walks, helping with the community garden and chasing after my three kids – Eli, Isaiah and Elizabeth.
